This piece was made using a selection of larger mushrooms including Russulas or Brittlegills. They produce a cream coloured spore and are regarded as edible but I find them far too spicy. They come in all colours and these ones were green, growing under the birch trees.

This painting is made using wild mushrooms picked sustainably in the garden. The frame (purchased) is 30cm high x 40cm length x 4cm deep which can be hung. I used grey card in a white frame with Perspex.
